Für die in Ihrem Warenkorb enthaltene Topfpflanze und Blumentöpfe steht Ihnen als Besteller das gesetzliche 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht zu. Da es sich um ein Geschenk an einen Dritten handelt, beginnt diese 14-tägige Frist an dem Tag, an dem der Empfänger (Beschenkte) die Pflanze erhält. Im Falle eines Widerrufs sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass uns die Pflanze in einem ordnungsgemäß gepflegten (gewässerten) Zustand zurückgesendet wird. Für die enthaltenen Schnittblumen ist der Widerruf ausgeschlossen.

In accordance with Section 312g(2)(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for these products. Cancellation or return after dispatch is therefore not permitted, even if the delivery is made as a gift to a third party.

As the purchaser, you are entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the potted plant and flower pots contained in your shopping basket. As this is a gift to a third party, this 14-day period begins on the day the recipient (the person receiving the gift) receives the plant. In the event of a cancellation, you are responsible for ensuring that the plant is returned to us in a properly cared-for (watered) condition. Cancellation is not permitted for the cut flowers included.
